Marian Dorado

Co- Founder

Marian is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AiMi, an AI-powered platform designed to strengthen the connection between families, educators, and students. She is passionate about improving educational outcomes by making learning more transparent and accessible for families.

Marian founded AiMi with the belief that families play a critical role in a child’s academic success, yet many parents lack clear, actionable insight into their child’s learning progress. Through AiMi, she aims to bridge the communication gap between home and school by leveraging artificial intelligence to translate complex academic information into meaningful guidance for caregivers.

Marian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from Florida State University, and a Master’s degree in Education Studies and Special Education from Johns Hopkins University. Her professional career spans roles as a classroom educator, and EdTech consultant to improve districts academic outcomes and instructional practices.

Anthony Dorado

Founder

Anthony Dorado is an education leader, strategist, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience working across K–12 education systems, teacher development, and school leadership. As the Founder of AiMi, Anthony is dedicated to transforming the way families engage with education by building tools that empower parents, support students, and strengthen the bridge between schools and communities.

Anthony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Business Law from California State University, Northridge, and a Master’s degree in Education Studies and Special Education from Johns Hopkins University. His professional career spans roles as a classroom educator, instructional coach, and executive education leader supporting schools in improving academic outcomes and instructional practices.

Throughout his career, Anthony has worked closely with teachers, school leaders, and families in diverse communities, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges facing today’s education system particularly the lack of transparency in curriculum, the growing teacher shortage, and the need for stronger family engagement in student learning. These experiences directly inspired the creation of AiMi.
